There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! Some told me this is 4th a situation had happened and believed it a staff or shop worker etc as door are left open whilst not in use ! I will taking this expedia directly

Nossa experiência com a hospedagem não foi boa. Acreditamos que pela localização e preço o hotel deveria oferecer acomodações e serviço melhores. O hotel é um casarão mal cuidado: acomodação muito pequena e com cheiro forte, falta de itens de higiene - papel, toalhas... - travesseiros desconfortáveis, ar condicionado com aspecto de não higienizado, café da manhã desconfortável. Não recomendamos.

Boa localização

Hotel antigo, quarto e banheiros limpos. O café da manhã é servido no quarto. Nosso quarto era pequeno. Ficamos bastante desconfortáveis para tomar o café, tem pouquíssimas variedades. Para estadia de uma noite é bom. Localização é muito boa. Dá para ir à pé ao teleférico. Fica bem localizado.

Estadia razoável.

Não recomendamos o quarto conjugado. Durante todos os dias da estadia, o quarto contava apenas com itens de banho e alimentação para três pessoas, em que pese estivéssemos em quatro pessoas. As solicitações foram atendidas. O espaço do quarto família é limitado, contando apenas com um banheiro. Possui duas camas em um quarto isolado com tv e janela, sem ar condicionado ou ventilador, tampouco frigobar ou armário. No quarto principal possui ar condicionado, frigobar e pequeno armário. Não há mesas para refeições, apenas apoios para comer na cama. A moldura do espelho do banheiro estava quebrado e o chuveiro esquenta pouco.

Boa estadia. Ótima localização.

Viagem muito boa. Hotel muito bem localizado. Perto de tudo. Fiquei no quarto família. O café da manhã nesse quarto fica um tanto quanto desajeitado, pois não tem espaço suficiente, a beirada da cama serve como banqueta para sentar. O Estacionamento fica na parte de trás do hotel e tem a entrada dos carros bem justa, se seu carro for maior ou mais largo consulte antes. Fui com um yaris . Quando chegar, pare na área de desembarque na frente do hotel e depois guarde o carro.

Boa tarde. Fiquei decepcionada, com meu quarto. Higiene é tudo, roupas de cama suja com manchas, travesseiros fedidos e amarelados, cheiro forte, barata morta ao lado do frigobar, várias traças na parede. Infelizmente não estou conseguindo compartilhar o vídeo da barata morta e do lençol sujo. Fiquei decepcionada.

Hospedagem muito agradável

O quarto, embora bem pequeno, é muito agradável e confortável. Gostei muito de me hospedar nele. A cama é muito confortável, os travesseiros são excelentes e o café da manhã é bem gostoso. A localização é muito boa também. A única coisa que não gostei muito foi do estacionamento.
