The honeymoon sweet was great. It’s a fully furnished apartment that has a private hot tub attached to the room. I would have given them five stars except the jets on the hot tub were filled in with caulking and the mattress and fold out beds are not the softest to sleep on.

Location is great for experiencing the town of Lava Hot Springs. Picture a backcountry hotel merged with staying at grandma's, that's the feel. Very cozy. Staff was very kind. I arrived very late and had to call a couple of phone numbers to get checked in but still pretty efficient as long as you've got a cell phone. The pool took a second to find, even though a map was provided, but I suppose that's to keep people who aren't guests from knowing about it too easily.

Such a cozy little hotel! No coffeec pot in the room, which is bad for old people who get up at 5 am! There are a few places open to get coffee in town though and the office has coffee too, but didnt open at 5! Overall it was a nice stay.
