Stayed here several times as I far prefer traditional hotels. Good single rooms, comfortable beds , friendly and professional staff and on site parking. The hotel is within walking distance of the central shopping area, theatres, hoe and waterfront.Has a pool,gym and brasserie. Looking forward to my next visit.

We only stayed for one night but enjoyed it, reception were fast and efficient and helped us with an issue very quickly. Bar is small but got what you need and the restaurant was perfect for something quick like we wanted. Used the pool and gym while we were there and while the equipment was maybe a little dated it all worked fine. Worth remembering though it is available for public or members so can get busy at peak times. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The main downside was my keycard would stop working every day so was having to get it re swiped daily even after keeping the card separate from anything else.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff we excellent and and very attentive. Swimming facilities were great our kids enjoyed being able to swim the staff at the pool we also very helpful. Breakfast was okay very accommodating to orders but the food quality was low but good selection. The room was comfortable, we had an issue with the aircon but this issue was resolved quickly. I would have liked better amenity’s a small fridge in the rooms would have been amazing and better coffee facilities as I’ve had in other hotels. We had a great stay very close to the Plymouth Hoe and Barbican with plenty of eatery’s and shops.

Room was a good size and very clean. Staff at reception were very polite. House keeping were friendly. Check out was not until 11am on the day of departure but house keeping came around at 9am so felt a bit pressured to pack and leave.

Supererior double. Lovely room and super comfy bed. Good bathroom. Breakfast was lovely,hot and fresh and served nicely. Nice robes in the room and also iron and board. Added bonus was a bath. Will definitely stay again but maybe ask for a rear room as was lots of noise from traffic even with windows closed. Also think it's a bit unfair to charge for onsite parking.
