What a nice surprise to find this independent gem at such a great location. It overlooks the ocean, and there is a swimming beach just a short walk down the sidewalk. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pools and a decent continental breakfast. Good value for a clean and updated room with a fridge and no carpet.

The rooms look amazing now they have being refurbished, the staff are very friendly. The pool was open outside and was very clean. The bar area was very nice and the bartender was awesome. The bar snacks could do with a little oomph, but otherwise excellant stay. I've been coming here for years.

Room was well maintained and very clean. The property was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I can overlook some things like the shampoo brand, lotion, etc. I understand that things are expensive. Poolside and beachside I just bring my own. If all hotels would just have a really good cup of coffee in the room or at their continental breakfast I would be delighted. It is my biggest complaint. Maybe I am a coffee snob but

We had the pleasure of staying at this property. The staff (Jeff and Mike)were very accommodating,and professional. Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean,and spacious. We stayed on the ground floor Ocean View King. Beautiful views of their private beach,and P Town. The sunsets were spectacular!!! My only suggestion is that it would be great if they had sensors on the outside lights. They are very bright,and the amount of bugs they attract is unbelievable!! Every time we had to go in or out our door soooo many bugs would fly in our room!! We definitely will visit again,but I will bring bug spray.

I would not recommend this hotel. While it is on the ocean with good views the state of the hotel needs major updates. The property has mass of broken concrete and debri to the side of parking lot that does not seem safe. The beds were comfortable.
