Our room was so clean - everything looked like new - if you like a firm mattress this one was good - I like semi firm so sleeping was a bit tough. The staff were so friendly upon our arrival and were there to help in any way the could. Breakfast was hot and very good - there was even a waffle maker -eggs bacon sausage - etc. Very happy it wasn't the usual continental breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was also close to attractions and shopping.

The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent.
