The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot when we stayed and there was no aircon in the room, however they did provide fans to provide some comfort. The Breakfast was excellent.

All the staff we helpful and friendly.I had been worried about parking but they have an underground carpark,£9 for 24hours.The room was clean and a nice touch having fudge,biscuits as well as cold drinks in the fridge.We did have a club room which included free breakfast.Which was very nice.I would be happy to stay at the Copthorne again👍

The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent. These things far outweighed the only 2 things which could be improved - better instructions on how to find the hotel, it’s main entrance and car park (there were a number of us who had spent a long time trying to find them or ended up in Sainsbury’s car park by mistake) .The other was a bit of floor level dust which our 2 year found in a couple of her hide and seek places ! Overall though this hotel is one of the most enjoyable I’ve ever stayed in
