Very handy check in time (1200), friendly, helpful owners. Ten minute walk into busy town centre. Lovely cooked breakfast, really good all round guest house.

Great single room with ensuite

Ideal single room with ensuite ,desk and TV - clean and tidy, warm and comfortable bed - perfect, just what I needed for the one night. Was greeted on arrival and also when i left. One minor downside the blinds arent black out ones unless I didnt see a curtain I could pull across.

This guest house is beautiful, it’s clean, tidy, facilities are perfect and the beds are amazing I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, wanted to stay longer just for the beds. Each morning there is plenty of options for breakfast including a traditional breakfast. The owners are wonderful, caring, helpful and their attention to detail is magnificent making sure everything has been thought of for their guest. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The lady who runs this was very accommodating as I had made a mistake on the booking due to some cognitive problems. I also arrived late and arrangements were made for access to hitch was appreciated. The place was clean and the breakfast was nice. A very nice host.

I could not praise the staff here more, despite my room not being available till lunch that day, they were more than happy for me to come down earlier to pick up my room key and drop off my bags before a day at university. Not only were the staff welcoming and the hospitality warm and comforting, the staff often went above and beyond to help, and were happy to engage in conversation. Breakfast the following day was cooked on request and had that home feel most B&B's lack. Overall, could not have enjoyed my experience more and will likely use this guest house in the future.

Excellent value.

Got there early but was still allowed to check in and go to my room. The guest house was close to the sea and was easy to find. The parking was fine although you pay for the day and night extra. It was easy to find parking place. In fact i found one right outside the house on every day. Room was great.very clean.in pristine decorative condition and quite. Breakfast was very good. Even for someone of my size. Overall i would definitely recommend this house to all my friends and will definitely be staying again.
