Grosse déception

Très déplorable. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, à l'arrivée nous nous retrouvons à dormir à 4dans une trio. Très inconfortable. De plus nous sommes chassé par la femme de ménage à 8h30 je jour du départ alors qu'à l'accueil on nous à bien confirmé que l'on devait libéré la chambre pour midi. Hôtel inconfortable Forte odeur de la moquette au sol qui entête. Les sanitaire laisse vraiment à désirer. Séjour pourri, les enfants ont été très déçu. Plus jamais. Vaut mieux mettre le prix ailleurs.

Bien que nous ayons réserve 2 chambres, et que nous avions eu le mail de confirmation, à notre arrivée seule 1 chambre était à notre nom. Heureusement que la personne à l'accueil a trouvé une solution car l'hôtel était pourtant complet. Grosse frayeur à l'arrivée.

Séjour d'une seule nuit et c'était suffisant. Propreté ou vieillesse l'hôtel mais c'était moyen. etcfacheuse découverte : pas de serviette dans la chambre (il faut aller les acheter à la reception. Et méme pas un malheureux gobelet pour se laver les dents. Un peu limite quand même
