Très bon rapport qualité prix

Belle chambre et spacieuse. Le bâtiment est en quelques sorte une annexe du Best Western. Le spa est très bien : piscine, jacuzzi et sauna. Le prix du petit déjeuner élevé 19€.

Il serait honnête de préciser que l’accès à la piscine est en supplément.Et pour ce qui est du cottage le dépoussiérage laisse à désirer il y avait des toiles d’araignées partout.

Malheureusement des travaux bruyants ont commencé avant la fin de la saison. Problème d une femme de ménage, qui ne maîtrisant pas le français, pénètre quand même dans la chambre malgré le papillon "ne pas déranger". Grande poubelle jaune non vidée pendant 8 jours. Cherté du restaurant pour de petites quantités.

Points négatifs : - pas de 2e table de nuit malgré notre demande - La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : grosses poussières au sol (pas vu tt de suite mais la toile de ma valise a changé de couleur !) - les prises sont très éloignées du lit… et elles ne marchent pas toutes ; pas pratique, du coup la lampe sur la table ne marchait pas si mon tél était à recharger) - l accès à la piscine qui est payant !!! - pas de sèche-cheveux Points positifs : - Le cadre qui est vraiment top - l amabilité des hôtesses qui sont très arrangeantes - la taille de la chambre et son équipement cuisine

Belle chambre, propre et literie confortable. Salle de bain correcte, poils dans la douche et grosse saleté derrière le ronibet du lavabo. Accueil chaleureux, personnel souriant et agréable. Ma chambre n'était pas prête pour 15h, dommage, d'autant que j'ai laissé mon numéro à l'accueil afin que je sois prévenue lorsque celle-ci était prête. Après 1h30 d'attente au bar (j'en ai profiter pour admirer les joueurs de golf ) je retourne à l'accueil, ouf ma chambre est prête, dommage de ne pas avoir été prévenue... Merci

Un très bon moment dans cette résidence proche du Lac au Duc. Bel environnement. Accès au spa de l'hôtel du Roi Arthur. Accueil excellent!!! Personnel souriant, à disposition pour toute aide. Ce fut un séjour vraiment agréable.

Très cher par rapport à la qualité, à éviter

Le logement ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai acheté. La description précise la présence d'un frigo et d'un four à micro ondes. Dans notre chambre il n'y avait ni l'un ni l'autre. Les photos ne sont pas contractuelles. Il n'y a pas du tout de micro-ondes dans aucune chambre, ce que vous précisiez dans le récapitulatif de ma commande. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et d'avoir ce qui correspondait à ma commande. Cela a été accepté à condition de régler 127 € au lieu de 98 €. Pas très commerçant. Très cher par rapport à la prestation. Je me suis senti abusé mais je n'ai pas voulu faire d'histoires. Je ne ferai pas de publicité et je ne recommanderai pas cet établissement. A éviter.

Très propre. Chambre spacieuse. Personnel arrangeant et serviable. (Accueil à 200 metres dans un hôtel voisin - mais très facile d'accès). Restauration en chambre en raison de la situation sanitaire avec la Covid-19 - les plats étaient savoureux et fins. Le seul bémol est une connexion Wifi très instable. Déconnecté toutes les quelques minutes.

Cadre exterieure et situation idyllique. Un barman aux cocktails incroyables. Un équipe en réception et en salle souriante et accueillante pleine de bonne volonté. Un spa très agréable, un vrai professionnalisme dans les soins. Piscine et jaccuzzi un peu frais. La prestation hôtelière est correcte. Le dîner au restaurant est decevant. Je recommande mais comme un 3 étoiles. Si vous cherchez du 4 étoiles il vous manquera tous ces details qui font toute la difference et ce sera decevant. Nous avons adoré la région.
