“The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”
