We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Check in with Monique was great! She made us feel welcome and got us to our spacious, corner room fast. The complimentary breakfast was good. My only complaint is with housekeeping. For 4 nights we received one room clean and dishes were left in the sink unwashed and we noticed the sheets had not been changed and the carpets were not vacuumed.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming and professional. She had excellent customer service skills. Her smile and warmth were contagious and she made the check in process smooth and comfortable. The only issue I saw was that there was a lot of dust on top of the refrigerator. The room was very comfortable, the furniture is a little worn but that was not an issue. I felt safe there and even in the parking lot when I arrived late at night returning to my room. A nice and quiet property. Thank you for a great stay.

The set-up of the room was fantastic for our family of five to spread out (two bedrooms with a king bed in each, and a pull-out couch in the living room). The breakfast the next morning was also delicious- a lot of options, including omelets! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt House and would look to stay again.
