It was my first time staying at Hyatt House. The concept of the hotel is more like apartments. I got a two bedrooms and it was spacious and decent. Breakfast was okay. I gave a 2 stars rating because an occupant upstairs was able to use his key card to unlock my room. I called the hotel attendant and informed them about the incident and they just apologized and stated that it could be a glitch in the key card system. There was nothing reassuring about the incident. Never again, will I be staying at Hyatt House.

Room was clean and well stocked on items. However there’s a foul smell that comes from drainage. Room smells old and not pleasant. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets were somewhat itchy. Rooms need to be renovated as wear and tear is noticeable. Staff was nice and breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the omelette bar! Outside needs to be cleaned, we encountered multiple areas smeared with animal feces.
