Vacations Close To Plaza Jose de San Martín

Great neutral spot on the strip, hotel was beautiful with a great view from the room.

Booked my room at the last minute, received a PH room. The people next door partied until 3am with loud music and pounding on the walls. Parking is valet only, no self parking. Requested receipt at check out for the $100 deposit and $58 other charges and they couldn't give me a receipt. The only receipt they could give me was the one for what I paid through Expedia. Have to walk to MGM Grand for everything, the Signature by MGM doesn't have much.

We checked into a room with smelly floors.Had to go to front office. They changed to a room with only 1 bed instead of 2. Had to go again to front office. We' ve been told by manager Denise " this is the last time you can change rooms" , like it was our fault the first room was dirty and the second was not what we booked. I booked this property for my burthday and mentioned how happy I was to be there, but no one cared. Front office staff bordering on rude.
