Great, central location. Room 2007 was clean, beds comfortable. Air unit was unusually loud, even when A/C was off and fan turned low. Problem checking in, but luckily I had sent a screenshot of notes to the hotel indicating her name would be checking in first. Housekeeping checked on us, but had no bar soap! Bathroom ceiling needed repair, quite a bit of drywall missing from a prior flood.

This is an absolute hidden gem in downtown Toronto. Room was great and it was so close to so many things within walking distance!
Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
