Good location, clean place and friendly staff

Beautiful and peaceful hotel. Our room was super clean and beds so com8. Quiet location. Stagg was very pleasant. Enjoyed the sound garden and massage chairs. They also have laundry. Would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed having access to the umbrellas provided by the hotel as it rained most days we were in Tokyo. We also enjoyed having access to a washer dryer in our room. The hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner were all very high quality. Unfortunately, our room smelled very bad (like feet or cheese) and seemed to be entrenched in the carpet. I had to spray the room spray several times per night and some of our clothes retained the bad smell.

The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and was located in a great area. The breakfast was also really good. The room was a little small for the price. The gym was also tiny and in the entrance.

The staff could be more helpful. When asked the front lady if she can help call a restaurant for reservation, she responded that she is busy.

Loved the hotel. Staff were very sweet efficient and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again. The morning sessions for the onsen could be longer it ends at 10am and reopens at 3pm which is a bit inconvenient but despite that this hotel for me was 5/5.
