Great Experience

This is our go-to Tokyo hotel. Amazing professional helpful staff Great breakfast buffet. Always friendly location is in a quiet area with great food steps away, subway option within a few blocks in each direction. Quiet oasis near the book district, Tokyo dome and parks We love it here

The property location was great, shopping, restaurants were really close, train station short walk, overall a great place to stay! Washer/dryer really helped!

Decent stay overall with a prime location. It is a large property, so don’t expect a personal or particularly warm experience. Front desk service could also use improvement—after being locked out of my room, I had a very long wait just to get the door opened, and was informed a replacement key required a fee. While the policy and wait were understandable (though not ideal), the staff member (Jang) was noticeably cold and unwelcoming throughout.

Overall good clean stay however we stayed 6 nights and they charge for anything outside of trash/towel change. So if you want your room cleaned and bed made up that costs an additional 750-1500 yen.... my only other issue was the noise of cars ripping it by at night because of the main road, but thats not their fault.
