“The service was incredible, all the crew was super friendly and very helpful. The amenities was ok but the cast members were really nice they make all the difference.”

“Sólo nos quedamos una noche, sin embargo El personal fue muy amable, y tienen el shuttle al aeropuerto, sin embargo, nos cambiaron de habitación porque se atascó la puerta, y además vimos un insecto en el baño, para dormir está bien.”

“Buen hotel, bien ubicado si vas a algun evento al SofiStadium. El transporte hotel-aeropuerto excelente servicio, pero si tu vuelo llega despues de las 10:00 pm puede llegar a tardar un poco.”

“We stayed 7 days and took them 6 to clean the room and we had to go remind them 3 times and they lied saying that they already cleaned the room a day prior to they actually doing it, when clearly they didn't cause the beds and everything remained the same, it's a good hotel, we have stayed there before but this time was a dissapointment”
