The beach is stunning, and the service was top-notch without feeling pushy. My room had incredible views of the ocean and mangroves. The food was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Riviera Maya.

I received a welcome email from the St Regis. However, when I replied to indicate that this was a trip for our engagement, and to inquire about restaurant reservations, no one replied and I emailed the resort twice prior to arrival. Also, we paid an upgrade fee to have a room with a plunge pool. However, when the pool is running, there was a constant gurgling noise that was very distracting and I had to contact the front desk or our Butler on three different occasions to have maintenance come correct it. Lastly, we ordered two margaritas at the pool bar and the price quoted was $400 MXN (each); however, we were charged significantly more than the price on the menu. Overall, the resort is gorgeous there are still some kinks that need to be ironed out to receive a 10 out of 10.

Amazing property!!! Beautiful, modern, sleek, quiet getaway with fabulous service and delicious food. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Spa is top tier. Wonderful relaxing get away! Family friendly too
