Location is convenient. However hotel is close to biggest clubs in Playa del Carmen very loud music playing from 11pm to 4am and currently there is construction right next door. Staff was good. Cleanliness was good.

Our stay way great. You have to understand, the hotel is located in the busy area, so if you want a quiet place, it is not the case. Although, the music didn’t bother me or my family much. We had a nice sleep. However, you are in the center of everything, tour buses pick up area, beach is 3 min away, lots of restaurants, walmart is 10 min walk and you get two rooms with a kitchen. There was hot water with good pressure all the time and free wifi, but somewhat spotty, The staff was generally ok, but could be more polite and nicer in my opinion. Overall, I think this is a great option for the money and I give it 5 stars despite those minor details.

Small property, it was quiet and we felt very safe (gated entry way). The staff was friendly and greeted us each day, always willing to help. Excellent room for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. Nice to have the kitchen with a fridge & coffee pot. Rooftop pool is small, the view is amazing. Excellent location to walk to the beach or 5th avenue.

The staff was very friendly but the room was very noisy due to a water pump located in their garage. Avoid room 104. Pump makes noise every 22.51 seconds. I timed it after not being able to sleep even with ear plugs. Bed frame and headboard filled with dust.

Just finish a 2 week rental there .. well the condo is very basic all of it is basic, i would not rent there again,, they charge me for dirty towels.. . Well i dodn t have a kitchen table, a dirty sofa, not a lot of hot water, a very eco place do to lack of furniture , elevator scarded me so never took it,, terrasse basic, toilet didn t work , everything basic … would not recommend but for very small budget ..

Nice look to the building from the front. Seems a little junky around the front lobby area. I came to the property at 2:30 and was told I had to wait to check in. I asked if the room was available and it wasn't. I was then told it could be available for 500 pesos which is just robbery for a half and hour, however I was just told it wasn't available anyway. I came back at 3:52 and was told it wasn't yet 3 o'clock. At 3:57 I was called to the desk to check in and that took about 10 minutes. This was perhaps the most unusual check-in I have ever experienced. The room is nice and spacious but there's black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Only stayed one night so difficult to know the place well
