Sea tower is a new building very close to 5th Ave and the beach in Playa del Carmen very safe to walk around, close to nice restaurants, room works perfect for us, comfortable,clean and the AC works great.

Good AC and nice kitchen. very small gym for 1 and small nice rooftop area. Very small clean condo building. Location is great. Water delivery service was the best ever. Not enough towels for 2. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Our room was facing a house with 🐕echoes,loud barking very early morning.

Location and property are wonderful. DO NOT book through Casago. They are a management company that have a few units in the building. Book directly. Casago team, was unresponsive, and requested cash from me which is clearly in the terms to never give cash at the property.

Check in was a little bumpy, but i give language barrier the reason for this. The room was very nice, nice design, new and clean. The only issue really was that the elevator wasn't working 2 days out of our 4 day stay....the pool and gym is located 7 floors up on the roof...that was an issue at first. We certainly got our exercise through this. Pool was well maintained and we mostly had it for ourselves, same for the gym, though there too, the treadmill was not working. I would recommend to a friend, and I would come back.

Overall the unit was descent. I would suggest maybe replacing the A/C filter, providing guests with bedding for the sofa bed and maybe extra towels. I understand it is not a hotel, but it is an inconvenience to carry those items in the luggage adding extra weight.

The property is wonderful, and the units are completely well equipped. The issue is Casago, they are not good communicators and are scam-ish. Requesting cash, which is clearly stated in the terms that the property does not allow cash. They don’t respond, even calls from Expedia. The property has their own management, I suggest booking directly vs. through Casago, which just have a few units in the building.

Close to restaurants and groceries and kitchen is fully stocked for make at home meals. Felt safe in the area. Close to beach. The room was clean and had a small table and chairs for sitting outside. I wouldn’t pay extra for the “ocean view.” The rooftop pool area could have been cleaned more often but it’s a nice area with a bbq if wanted.

Studio tout neuf, bien aménagé, confortable. Cuisine de base fonctionnelle. Très calme, mais à proximité de la 5e avenue (sans les désagréments nocturnes des fêtes et partys) - à 5-8 minutes de marche de la plage publique coco beach. Le rooftop est super apprécié - piscine, chaises longues, tables, etc. Pour profiter. Les autres locataires sont très calmes et gentils.
