Do not stay at this hotel. The food was very, very bad. I would have rather eaten hot pockets and dominoes pizza. Also, the staff are rude and not helpful in the slightest. They gave us conflicting information the entire time and tried to kick me out of my room a day early. Never had such a bad experience at such an expensive resort in my life. The only good thing about this hotel is the beach, and that is Mother Nature.

All was good. The only problem are the high prices for pirchases around the area of the facility.

Excellent Customer Service, all the Staff in different areas show kindly and professional, very nice, the options for dining excellent, very clean inside and outside at the swimming pools and beach, very happy to stay there!!!!
