Do not stay at this hotel. The food was very, very bad. I would have rather eaten hot pockets and dominoes pizza. Also, the staff are rude and not helpful in the slightest. They gave us conflicting information the entire time and tried to kick me out of my room a day early. Never had such a bad experience at such an expensive resort in my life. The only good thing about this hotel is the beach, and that is Mother Nature.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the resort. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had an amazing balcony that gave us a view of the ocean. The dining options were varied and gave us an opportunity to try all different types of cuisine. One of our favorite amenities was the changing/shower rooms for those guests who arrived before their room was ready, or have to check out before they need to leave for the airport. We arrived at 0800 and used the rooms to change into our bathing suits to enjoy the resort while our room was being readied. They watched our luggage for us while we swam and laid in the sun. On our last day, our flight didn't leave until the evening. We checked out at noon, left our suitcase with the bell hop and went back to enjoy the pools until about an hour before we had to leave. We then used the showers/changing rooms to clean-up for our departure to the airport. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and stocked with towels for our use and made our final hours very enjoyable. The only complaint we have is in regards to the lounge chairs at the pools. Each morning, people would go out to the chairs as early as 6 a.m. and put their towels out to save them. They wouldn't return until 3-4 hours later. This made it very difficult to find any vacant chairs by the pools. The resort should take action regarding this behavior and not allow this to happen.

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is nice and friendly, everything is clean and organized, the food is great and the drinks are beach are better!

The rooms are odd and difficult with families of 4. The bathroom doesn’t have air ventilators and tub and shower are completely open. Not the best layout. Food was not good at restaurants but the buffet had some good options sometimes. I expected more from restaurants. The property was nice and beach was great. Staff was really nice.
