The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was pretty basic, but it was nice to have something available each morning. My only disappointment was that the pool was quite small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service!

The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast it’s not what expected but it works specially if you are not vegan and no traveling with kids at least you have something to put on your mouth before starting the day . No vegan options thou I got a bottle of wine which I don’t understand if i was solo traveling with a kid . There is no elevator but staff helped me with the bags which it was really helpful .

The hotel is in an excellent location , clean and good staff. However directly across from the hotel is a disco that plays extremely loud music until 2:30 am every day. Sleep is extremely hard to come by until after 2:30.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. Helping pay for our car parking, offering very good restaurants to eat at and keeping the place clean. We had a bottle of wine in our room upon arrival and daily cleaning service. Yes, there is a bar off La Quinta Avenida that plays loud music in the evening, but this is part of staying in the area. We didn't find it bothersome at all. Great location. Highly recommend!
