The property needs a direct access from Calle 8 NTE and not to have your shoes wet by the ocean while accessing the hotel by the beach - the rest was fine and the management are excellent people and very hospitable

Liked it was right on the beach. No deadbolt or peephole on the door. Room was entered twice While we were in bed. Had stayed here several years ago, property has gone downhill.internet only worked half the time. Staff was nice, but new.

your man at the desk would not let me in with my service dog. Your ad on hotels.com said that service dogs were ok. He was tude to me and unkind. he did not care that I had no other place to stay. I asked for a refund and he said no. so you will either refund my money now or I will file a claim with spread word on the internet of your very difficult hotel!!! Michelle

No Wifi for 3 consecutive days in the rooms, wifi was available at main restaurant though. Location is great. Right on the beach. People talk about walking across beach to get to hotel, its 30 feet off the street via beach. Rooms are very basic, not dirty but no extras at all. No blanket on bed beyond sheets for example. Breakfast is great, good omelette and coffee, friendly staff. Office staff are so - so, not looking to help. Location is perfect, on the beach, close to everything and central.
