This was an excellent kid friendly resort. Rooms were clean and updated, pools were not overcrowded and staff are amazing. Food and drinks are delicious. Only comment around the food is more kid options. We will be coming back!

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Kids loved the hotel. I recommend booking reservations for the restaurants, food was 100x better than the buffet. The buffet was good too but the restaurants were a hit.

This was our first family vacation and Paradisus made it so very special. ALL of the staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming. The cleaning staff is top notch, they cleaned our room once well daily and stopped by again to tidy and offer towels, etc. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times. Thank you so much!!

This is my 5th time here and I absolutely love it every time I come here. We were in family concierge this past visit and Veronica was our concierge. She is the sweetest and the most patient. We were a group of 9 total ( 5 kids 4 adults). Great everything. No complaints at all. I will be returning soon.
