Amazing staff. Friendly attentive. Rooms very clean. Well stocked. Ala Carte restaurants food was delicious. Proximity to 5th Ave was great. We were aware when booking there isn't any beach left, we went to relax at the pool. Great pizza at the Pool area..so good we had some daily. Drinks were good as well. Would definately stay again.

The main outdoor pool lacks a swim up bar and smells horribly of dead seaweed along the coast, literally unusable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Liquor was bottom shelf and the beer was only XX and Sol, again bottom shelf. Food was okay but Jose at the sushi bar was awesome! Resort was okay overall I wanted to visit the regional area below Cancun and was probably a one and done experience for me.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect, right by 5th Avenue with so many shops, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. But the staff truly made the experience so much more special. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I felt so cared for during my stay. One of my best resort experiences, and I would definitely come back!

Definitely a great location, if you’re planning to come to Playa and visit fifth Avenue. Walking distance to everywhere, the staff is amazing, the resorts clean, and I met so many amazing people there. The beach area is very small, but you can walk across the pier and be at a really good beach area. Overall, I will definitely come back and visit.

I really enjoyed the location of the property. I enjoyed the front desk manager, Juan. He was very helpful and courteous and polite. Very understanding to our needs and situation. I especially enjoyed the activity staff. David and Carlos. They really helped make our vacation extremely enjoyable and fun always courteous had a smile on their face. They made the activities fun. They were very encouraging words can’t even express how much I enjoyed spending my vacation with them.

The property had a well maintained spa! Everything worked including the sauna and steam room. The staff was very friendly and mad my mother feel at home. The beach was in the hotel’s backyard. The property was walkable to shopping, bars and many restaurants.

A beautiful location with a stunning lobby and beautiful spacious suites. The pool is enormous and well kept. The professional staff is warm and very courteous. Everyone greets you and very eager to ensure you are well accommodated. The meals offered have an excellent variety for everyone's taste and preferences. The staff do a really great job at keeping the resort impeccable. We were very happy with our suite that had an amazing view from the balcony over the water. By far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while away from home.
