The place was beautiful! The amenities were amazing! If you don’t have reservations to eat at the restaurants in the evening, you’re left to eat at the buffet. Buffet food was subpar. I would rather starve all day until dinner. Overall, the experience was nice. I will be going back.

The rooms are great! Super spacious and very clean. The resort is on the bigger side but it had everything you needed. The pools are staff were excellent. Fernando went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We had a small bad experience our first night that I shared with the staff. They were so understanding and made sure to make it right. Fernando was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will and would love to come back

Our room was very nice. The whole resort was clean and well kept. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I was not impressed with some of their tactics to receive upgrades, but we didn't let it spoil our fun.

Pros: Nice rooms, lots of dining options with great food, great customer service at bars and restaurants. Cons: entertainment wasn’t great, not many activities or shows. Was told non motorized activities would be free but kayaking was $12pp. There was also a lot of sales people constantly trying to get you to upgrade or buy a timeshare which was annoying.

I want to personally thank one staff member Lisandro for going above and beyond for making our trip extra special. It was my wifes first time to mexico and she was not happy with our room and we had some issues when we first reached out to expedia. But Lisandro turned it around and was able our stay excellent. Many staff members were also very kind. The buffet and food is actually good. Its hard for me as I do find places based on good food and they didnt disappoint. Probably the best food out of any resort Ive been too.

Lisandro and Gercia, were attentive, kind and dedicated to ensuring our trip to Ocean Riviera Paradise (El Beso) was everything we wanted. The whole staff truly made our week in Mexico and my sister’s wedding a memorable experience. The resort is beautiful, the food is great and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit a resort near Cancun!

I came from Chicago to visit this resort as a 1st time out of country experience and Lisandro was phenomenal, very welcoming, and extremely helpful. Everyday I was there he delivered top tier customer service, Lisandro is the main reason I have already referred so many people to take a trip to this resort, he is just overall amazing person.Also David from Route 66 was an outstanding waiter, he was very welcoming as well, he went above and beyond to make my family’s experience the very best and he did just that. Lisandro was very helpful the whole stay , went above and beyond bro make sure the stay was good! The housekeeping for the whole stay would take wash clothes and towels and not replace , would have to call every day to get more towels brought up and would sometime take them a while to bring
