The hotel was amazing! The staff was amazingly amazing! The amenities were so nice and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the food as there were some restaurants that offer not so good food taste.

Entire stay was great, rooms were clean and beautiful. Food was great no matter where you ate. Service was great. Lots of options for food and drinks and always something going on to check out and keep busy or just relax at the pools! Only downside was the lack of beach but there was lots of pools!
Would go again!

I did not like the fact that the steak restaurant only had one steak in the menu. Usually there is at least three choices. The seafood restaurant had a very poor menu for sea food. To get a drink in the buffet, it took forever. The soft drink machine has always been open in the buffets I've gone to. In your buffet, the drink fountain was hidden. I asked for a soft drink and finished eating and my drink never arrived. I used your spa and it was amazing. I would give your spa, the steam room and the pool a 5 star but the other things need improvement.

This place lacks in the nightly entertainment options with shows. Was way better before the pandemic hit. Also, if you are a beach person, not much of a beach here. Otherwise, the staff and food options are wonderful.

I am not one to complain online or leave negative reviews but this is one I absolutely must share.
If you are not part of their “privilege” they don’t bother to “make your stay memorable” as they call it ..
When we arrived at the hotel we were invited to a 90 minute presentation on their vacation club, “no pressure” and for our time we’d get a spa pass. (We would have been interred had the resort been better.)
All employees are lovely and wonderful but after turning down their promotion, the wonderful and funny employee wouldn’t even talk to us or help us anymore.
So I guess if you’re going to do the presentation wait till after a few days that you’re there so they can treat you better for more time 😂
The food was terrible in most restaurants. Bland, no seasoning, old frozen fish or meats. The buffet had poor quality, cold food and the service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes each time to even be greeted for coffee.
The best service was by the El Beso Snack staff, Diego from Blue Moon Breakfast, and the bartenders at the sports bar.
Finally leaving and already knowing I wouldn’t return, they put the last nail on the coffin by trying to charge me $100 for not returning the towel pass from our room. I told them I left the towels and asked if someone could go get is for us since we were rushing to check out for our flight and they kept insisting that “here in Mexico” this is not how it works.
Awful, I don’t recommend and will never return.
