Our stay at this resort was one to remember and we want to come back. The property is amazing, the pools are great. The food is another topic. We had the best experience in this category. We never got bored, they have something for everyone here. The entertainment group with William was unmatched. He made the fun through the roof. We thank Expedia as well for having it on their site. I was here in June with a family of 6 so I had to get 2 rooms. The staff was real helpful and gave us the rooms next to each other, my sister also came with her family and they were able to give her a room right across from us which was nice.The food was pretty good for a all inclusive,they have a lot of options and different places to eat.the food is 7/8 out of 10.the beach is probably the one thing that I didn’t like as much it’s all the way at the end. Overall my family loved it and enjoyed it I would recommend this place if your planning on going to playa del Carmen

Overall enjoyed our time at the resort and the staff were all friendly. It is all sit down restaurants and not rly any grab and go. The food does come out quite slow at each restaurant so be prepared to wait. If you’re a foodie, the food was very mediocre. It’s a good budget resort if you don’t have high standards for food. We enjoyed our stay at the resort. It’s clean, most of the staff is very friendly. The only thing I disliked was not having food available by poolside. There was one pool that offered it during a certain time but since it was the only pool, it took forever. The other pools you had to leave to go to a restaurant then come back. With kids, it’s just easier staying by the pool and having staff come to you.

My family and I stay was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. First day there we met a staff named Norma and she was excellent from start to finish. We traveled for my daughter’s 7th birthday and I must say Norma went all out by getting her a cake some balloons and a nice gift. The jelly house was a hit. My daughter enjoyed going and spending time with other children as well as the staff, she calls them her teachers lol. The food was ok could have been better. If I must say breakfast may have been the best meal we had. Overall our 4nights 5days was worth it and I will say I will come visit again in the future.

Our overall stay was great! The restaurants had good food! Buffet had many options and their drinks were good! Especially their fresh fruit drink bar. Only downfall is that the room had a distinct odor. It smelled like there was moisture in the room and some of the pillows had that wet smell. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful!
