The natural setting made this hotel very unique. I loved the trees and all the nature. The beach is wonderful and a treasure. The staff always go above and beyond and are so welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

The property is spacious and beautiful! The staff does an amazing job of keeping it clean. The food was delicious so many options. The staff was so pleasant and made sure we had all we could need. Overall I had a an amazing time and will definitely be coming back.

The food was amazing, great options every night. Staff was very attentive. Our concierge Octavio was truly amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed every time we saw him. Helped us with trips, and gave advice on entertainment, and much more. The beach was white sand beautiful for miles. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Will definitely go back!

Stayed at the ocean maya royale, for 6 nights. It was truly a wonderful trip. The morning buffet always had fresh fruit, tamales bacon and hashbrowns, fresh juice, plus the fresh omelettes. The food overall was very good. We really enjoyed all the resturants. The grounds were always being maintained, and the beach was constantly being cleared of seaweed. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Drink service everywhere was quick. We didnt want to leave, we did the coco bongo experience and Tori was wonderful and took care of us girls all night! The rooms were good, spacious. The AC worked great! Cleaned and stocked with water daily! We will miss this resort, 11/10 Highly reccomend!

Great place for a relaxing get away. Food and amenities are great. Staff are on point. Daily activities scheduled every few hours around the pool. Beach volleyball organized twice a day. I'm glad I spent some time researching and landing on this place. The beach property is probably the best of the near by hotels. Andrea, Adele and the rest of the staff were awesome and on point.
