Spent 5 days here for anniversary. For the price point it was very very good. Staff is great, always friendly and accommodating. Its a small all inclusive compared to the mega resorts in the area, which we found very relaxing.

We stayed at the Ocean Maya during a girls trip and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The resort is beautiful, great restaurants on site and wonderful staff all around. One of our friends has a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating offering her great meal options throughout our entire stay. The rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds. I would highly recommend the Ocean Maya to friends and family.

Property was immaculate and staff were always very helpful. Small resort laid out very well with easy access to all amenities. Beach was clean and maintained along with the rest of the resort. The food in the buffet and à la carts were delicious! There were all kinds of activities during the day and a show each night. After 10pm the resort was quiet with no disco but lobby bar still served drinks. I would definitely return to ocean maya royale.

I had a perfect visit to Ocean Maya Royale. It was small, close to the water and so peaceful! I liked it there it was a good mix between chill and party vibes. One pool was a little quieter than the other and then there were lots of lovely places near the beach and under the palm trees to relax if you wanted more privacy or tranquillity. Special shout out to Octavio at the lobby bar for making my vacation special! Food was 10/10!

Staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our room was a little dated, but very clean. The pools were fantastic, and the bartenders were great! The beach is a little small, but not very crowded. We had no problems finding a lounger at anytime of day. The staff kept things fun with lots of activities and games like beach volleyball and other competitions. There was an event every night, and staff was always involved getting the fun going!

We had an amazing time hanging out with the events and entertainment team. Gustavo, Viercy and Moises are absolute stars! The whole crew was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our trip even more fun. Huge shoutout to the bartenders, Miguel and Jony, for keeping the good vibes flowing. Overall, we had a blast. Carlos made every meal at the Mexican restaurant Hacienda feel extra special. We would come back in a heartbeat!
