Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones.

In general, the hotel is clean and employees make sure you are enjoying your stay. Rooms are ok. Nothing out of this world. Everything is thinking for the best experience of kids, and obviously that's the reason we chose this hotel. However, food was simply ok. Not to the level of hotel it promotes or the money you pay. The main attraction is the water park, but it was so packed of people coming with a day pass. Food at the water park is not good at all. Drinks are 8/10. The schedule for the restaurants are not convenient due to the lay out of the hotel. I mean, there's no where to have breakfast in the morning in the room building. Nothing open after hours. I'm glad we had this experience, but I don't think we'd coming back again.

Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation at the Nickelodeon Resort Cancun. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The water park, pools, and character experiences were absolutely worth it—our kids had the time of their lives, and there was always something fun to do. The standout surprise was the sit-down restaurants. Every meal we had there was excellent, with great service and delicious food. They definitely exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the buffet. While it offered plenty of variety, the quality and flavor just didn't compare to the à la carte restaurants. It wasn't terrible, but it was the weakest part of an otherwise amazing stay. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend the resort to families with young kids. If the buffet were improved, it would easily be a perfect vacation destination.

Our stay at the Nickelodeon Resort was absolutely amazing! My children had the time of their lives, and as a parent, that’s all I could ask for. There was always something fun going on—from the water park and character experiences to the activities throughout the day. We were never bored! The staff truly made the experience even better. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and treated us like family. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip. The only downside for us was that some of the experiences and merchandise were surprisingly expensive. I was disappointed that the Pajama Jam required an additional fee. After already spending thousands of dollars on our vacation, I really feel that special family events like that should be included in the all-inclusive experience. I also wanted to buy each of my two children a stuffed animal as a souvenir. They weren’t very large, but when my total came to around $250, I was honestly shocked. Unfortunately, I had to tell my girls we couldn’t get them, which was heartbreaking. The prices outside of the all-inclusive offerings were much higher than I expected. Even with those concerns, we made incredible memories, and my children are already asking when we can come back. If the resort could reconsider the pricing of special events and gift shop items, it would make an already wonderful experience even better.
