Nickelodeon resort Riviera Maya was so much fun! The rooms were clean, comfortable, & spacious. I loved that every room had 2 bathrooms which is a must with kids. Every room had an ocean view with a swim up pool. We had such a great experience at this resort! It wasn’t just kid-friendly — it was truly fun for adults as well. The hotel felt very luxurious for a family-friendly resort, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always answering our questions and being attentive to our needs. Every day there were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. We would definitely come back 😊

Can’t say enough about the staff and the property conditions. Super clean. Only issue was the transportation company they use. Absolutely horrible. Lomas Travel. Waited over an hour to get a ride to the hotel upon arrival in Cancun and our flight was delayed by a couple of hours when leaving and they wouldn’t accommodate a later shuttle for the 6 of us.

Come here for the waterpark if you have kids, truly remarkable. Staff and service were great. Food high quality with many options. Bathrooms spotless throughout the property. <300 rooms so never felt crowded. They do an amazing job engaging kids of all ages. Very allergy friendly as well. Only gripes- very very small beach not suitable for swimming and only a few loungers. Need for shuttle use around the large property with waits at times. Room's are cozy and the balcony-pool is a more of a novelty, with so many pool/park options not sure why you'd use it. Overall it's not a luxurious hotel for the price point, but it's modern, super clean, and their waterpark is the main reason to go. If you're looking for more of a beach vacation I would research other properties.

My kids really enjoyed every second of this vacations. The rooms were big and comfortable. The service was top notch. We enjoyed all the shows that were offered specially the one on Tuesday. The pijama breakfast was an amazing experience, but they did not offer as much as in the spatula restaurant. The food in good burger and the pizza place were amazing all the other restaurants were at hit or miss depending on the day. Overall, we enjoyed everything about this resort.

The best experience for kids ever, highly recommend it, at the beginning you need to get to know the facility and the stuff are very helpful, food is the best , many many activities specially for kids, rooms and room services are above and beyond , very clean , very attractive and beautiful, pool water cleaner than ozarka water, I am traveler and have been in many places around the world, this one is from my top list for families with kids 1-15 , yes its expensive little bit but worth every penny and more.

All the staff at the resort were friendly and showed a lot of patients and respect. The room was cleaned everyday with care. The restaurants had great food and catered to our kids allergies.

We weren’t a fan of the concierge trying to sell us some exclusive membership under the guise of a free breakfast. Also, a basketball court or some outdoor sports would have been fun. We also found that a grab and go snack option at the residence building would be a helpful addition for the post-brunch/pre-dinner munchies that we often experienced. But the waterpark and activities were fun, the room was comfortable, and the food was good.
