The hotel is modern, the bed is firm, and it is clean. The water could be a little warmer, but this is not unlike many Playa hotels. It is away from the 5th and 10th avenue craziness and is quiet.

The property was okay. The toilet leaked and I was told by the reception staff that all tissue and toilet paper had to be disposed of in the garbage - no paper of any kind could be flushed. Wasn't expecting that. There wasn't much provided in the way of amenities - shampoo but no conditioner, no hand soap, body wash, dish soap, etc., and had to use some of the towels to prevent the leaked water from the toilet from getting too far into the hall. Having said all that, the staff were pleasant enough, the room and the property itself was clean, and not noisy, and I felt like I was really in the heart of the city, with wonderful shops, spas, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance. A very walkable area, for sure - I didn't take a single bus or cab anywhere, which was awesome.

I would like to thank everyone at Meliora by Bunik ——- the 2 very nice ladies at the front desk during the day, the gentleman who was at the desk at night, and all of the housekeeping staff. The property is good but there is need to improve on certain areas like shower heads in bathrooms and lighting switches along with access doors etc. Room is clean and service was excellent. The location is convenient and easy to walk to 5th avenue. For the price I paid I am happy with the service. No complaint as such except for the shower heads and lighting in he room.

Great Stay

Check in was seamless, the unit was just as pictured. It was clean, safe and secure. The pool area was great to hang out and chill. The stay was nice, and helpful. The location is great if you are using the ADO. A short walk from everything you want to do! I highly recommend staying here.
