The room was clean and had a nice kitchenette available with pots and pans. The rooftop pool was also nice, although fairly small with few loungers available. Overall the service was good. The hotel is in a very convenient location with many nearby restaurants and bars, a bus stop, and beach within walking distance.

Best value property we've ever stayed at. Room and pool were clean. Front desk staff were very nice. Air conditioning worked great. Bed was very firm but still slept great. Awesome location.

Perfect location

Perfectly located, easy walking distance to the bus station, shops and walmart. Had everything we needed including a washing machine, toaster and coffee machine. Nice rooftop pool. Generally quiet.

It's a lovely property. Quiet and close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Couple things that are not a big deal but noticeable, no washcloths, detergent, or dishwashing liquid, things like that. Other than that, loved the unit. It was spacious, clean and had everything else we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property tucked away on a quiet area but near all the action on Quinta Avenida. A few minutes walk to the Caribbean Sea. Wonderful staff! Great Security! All the modern amenities. I love it.

Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great, near Walmart, near lots of dining options, close to beaches. Far enough from 5th Ave to be quiet, but close enough to walk to all the action. Staff was helpful. I have absolutely no complaints.

Our second time and equally satisfied. These condos offer suites with equipped kitchens and a small safe. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed every three days. Walmart is a 3-minute walk away, making it super convenient. ADO buses are right next door to travel anywhere, including the airport. The rooftop is has a pool, chairs, hamacs and a barbecue. Right in PDC, close to lots of restaurants (El Fogon, La Cueva del Pez) and the famous Quinta Avenida. Located 600 m from the beach, in 8 minutes your feet are in the warm sand! At the beach, the Pelicano Inn rents lawn chairs and the food is excellent; if you prefer to simply lay in the sand, walk just a little further to Playa Fundadores. A great experience!

Very nice small hotel. Excellent service from reception personnel. The only issue was that the bed mattress and pillows were way too hard. I’m a side sleeper and by the 3sd day I was waking up with shoulder and hip pain from the hard mattress! My stay was for 15 days and before the end of the first week I did ask if I could move to another room because of the hard mattress and body pain I was having from sleeping in the hard mattress. I was told that I could be moved to another room but unfortunately all the beds had the same mattress. So I decided to stay in my room. Because of this I would never stay there more than 3 days. But I good place to stay for 1-3 days

This is not a hotel and other than a roof top pool there are no amenities. It is modern, clean and far enough from 5th ave to avoid some of the noise. Because the building is all concrete and tile it is an echo chamber. Of concern was after complaining about one of the units having wild parties all night nothing was done. We realized that there is no security in the building and there is one person at the desk at a time so they are not in a position to confront a group of drunks.

The location is perfect. Very walkable and close to everything. The proximity to the ADO terminal was perfect as well. The hotel itself is nice, and clean. The pool was nice as well and never crowded. The pillows are visible stains, like really bad and even with the pillow covers you can see it. The water is also a concern and while I knew it would not be hot, it was not even warm.
