Our stay was extraordinarily quiet and relaxing. The customer service across the board was outstanding, every team member we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Enrique and Marcos, who were both amazing and consistently greeted us with warm smiles! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. The lobby team also deserves praise for their seamless service. Our only minor feedback would be to offer a few more on-site activities, though we completely understand that options are lighter given the low season. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect! Everyone was very friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. We had a wonderful time. Braian, Armando, Roberto, Enrique, and Luis were always attentive to our needs. Great location, I loved that you can opt out of the all inclusive. Great staff all of them were nice and friendly. Just understand that if you are not in the all inclusive plan, menu options are limited.

Super value resort hotel in a great location. Beach-front rooms probably have the best situations, but the forest rooms are quiet and offer some interesting wildlife - agoutis, coati mundis, and so on.

This is a really lovely hotel and we had a great relaxing holiday. The staff are all so nice and really helpful. The pools are lovely and the food is also good which isn’t always the case with all inclusive. The only issue was that there were water problems in the town and water was cut out for a good few hours on 2 of the days. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel but they handled badly by not telling people and having them à heads up. There were no toilets for 4 hours and if they had been more proactive then people could make alternative plans. Other than that I would go back anytime!

Great, helpful, and friendly staff that make an effort to recognize guests despite the short time allowed. The breakfast buffet was filled with alternatives that should suit every visitor - from greens to eggs and sides to pancakes and sweets. However there were invariably lines for omelets every day. While I don't mind waiting for my breakfast to be prepared, I do expect to be able to wait at my table while consuming another item that I will enjoy.

The beautiful place property location is great , friendly staff, clean rooms and property Food was really good but they don’t offer service all day and we booked all inclusive so it was a little inconvenience when we go out and we don’t make back on time for diner, we have to do out and buy food and also the hotel fee was a different amount booked said that we have to pay at the property hotel fees but the amount was doble the one was described wen we booked.

Loved this place, it was beautiful. Rooms very clean, staff awesome, pools were clean and loungers available. My only complaint was the seaweed at the beach. I understand its a huge problem but there was not attempt to clean it all in front of their property. It smelled really bad. Other places close by made attempts to clean it front of their beach. But I would return here, just at a different time of year.

The location was amazing. There are so many seating options around the resort and they are very comfortable. I would have liked the hot tub hotter. Several pool options so it wasn’t ever too busy. The staff are so friendly and very hard working. Would definitely recommend.

Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great!

I truly appreciated beautiful traditional unique houses where we lived, the nature, and the way the whole resort was maintained. The beautiful beach, comfortable sun-bathing beds, and white towels were great to have! Breakfast menu was great, however, I'd welcome more variety of juices beyond "jugo verde" and "jugo de naranja", like a variety of fruit and vegetable juices with no sugar, however, the selection of food was great. Staff was kind and hospitable, polite and helpful. Our room was always clean.
