The photo don’t do this properly justice. It’s huge!! Take a day to walk the property and explore the surrounding area outside the beach and pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. I didn’t get a chance to make a reservation for the restaurants but I was surprised at how good the buffet was and enjoyed everything they served. The food variety was great and delicious. I stayed 4 nights and it was better than expected! You won’t be disappointed!!

We loved the pool it is very nice it could have been a little cleaner. We loved the food in the little mall that was unique. Seems like they had a problem with the long tailed cats being a nuisance. Did a rally good job cleaning the rooms every day. The sales people on the beach came by about every 25 minutes all morning long there could be less. I would recommend this for families.

This property was so beautiful to me. The animals just made that mire adventurous. The food was delicious and the display of the food was just gorgeous. I loved our room and the cleanliness of it. Enjoyed all of the wildlife. Beach setup was great! Pools were hot and dirty. Not refreshing at all. Expected better food at buffets and restaurants at this level of resort. Have been to many AI resorts in Riviera Maya and food was much better at less expensive resorts like Sandos, El CID, Riu. We paid to up grade to Lindo from Beach for the AC at buffets and lobby bar but felt food quality/AC was lacking overall.

Great stay with lots of nature and animals. The kids loved the peacocks, flamingos and the pool. The convenience and the efficiency of the laundry service were so helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. I’d visit again.

Nothing special, was just ok, almost all the restaurants and buffet are open air just fans that spin, and was very hot and uncomfortable. The beach was full of weeds and smelly, we used the pool and was kind of dirty. The people working there are great, the room was nice, we had no view at all from the porch just trees. Will not recommend this place.

Positive: Restaurants and food were good, staff were friendly, lots of wildlife on the property, beach chairs, rooms were great, pool activities, shopping center with a playground for kids, dessert places, and bellboys were helpful with calling for shuttle rides. Negative: You will get approached multiple times to attend one of their membership presentations. The pool is huge but dirty, drinks were poor quality, and we saw some type of rat inside the restaurant. The staff chased it into the kitchen to move it away from the other guests. There is only one location to pick up towels (we had to walk back from the beach to get a towel). There is also an inability to book specialty restaurants through the app (nothing was available), and you have to depend on the concierge to do it. Overall: It’s a decent place and appropriate for the price. I would not return because I prefer to explore other resorts.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Our stay was 6 days and boredom was never an issue. From the pools, to the beach and all the different shows at night, there was always some to peek your interest. The wildlife were fun to watch as well. Beautiful experience!
