Great family stay. Had alot of fun and staff was very helpful. One thing I wish I knew is that if you make reservations to be picked up and transported to Xel-Ha, Xplor or any park and you don’t end up going you get charged. Even though it’s included in the hotel all inclusive to all parks.

Complete dream….. check in a little tedious. That is our only feedback from a seven night stay. You don’t want to hear a presentation? Say no thank you and they don’t push. Property is so gorgeous at times you can’t believe your eyes. Architectural geniuses created this place perfectly nestled in the jungles with natural rivers and xenotes. Food is amazing, rooms were perfect. Monkeys, iguanas and Mexican badgers all around! Just a dream! Go and enjoy! Try Chi for breakfast! Xavier is an amazing waiter and Alejandro a great supervisor! We would go again in a heartbeat!

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, it has many restaurants. I did not find the food very good or tasty as I was expecting, but overall, it was very good. The only issue is staff, not as friendly. I have been in many other resorts in Cancun and this is for the worst when it comes to staff. Seem like they don’t enjoy seeing people having fun.
