The only thing nice in the hotel was the cleaning lady! DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES. The CTM avenue is very busy and noisy and the soundproofing of the hotel is bad you feel like you are actually on the street sleeping.

No frills accommodation at a great price

Great staff, very friendly and inviting. Facility doesn't have a pool or a lounge area. Very basic amenities, no frills at all (as reflected in the price). Location is pretty good. Lots of stairs.....no elevator, so if you're forgetful, remember that. The hot water was non existent and there was no water pressure.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a pasos de la 5a y cerca de todo lo que puedes hacer en Playa del Carmen ... el hotel es limpio y tiene lo básico... creo que necesitan poner mejores colchones y almohadas, no se descansa en las actuales... amaneces con dolor de espalda y cuello. Las chicas de recepción de todos los turnos son muy competentes y serviciales... las chicas de la limpieza también muy amables.

The building was falling apart our room was flooded when it rained they changed our room 3 times due to flooding...beds were hard as a rock maid service was horrible.. We asked for a refund on the room and only received $30 ?? My husbands brand new sneakers were ruined they never did anything about it... This hotel needs to be closed its horrible !!!! No elevator.. No bell hop service Very disappointed

Room door seems unsafe/ lock ready to fall off

This hotel is very close to the beach and 5th ave tourist spot, 👍👍👍GREAT. The room door is too flimsy and the lock could at any minutes notice fall off the room door. The child could have easily kick this door in, no security safe in room. I book this hotel but actually didn’t physically stay there, I saw the door and that was enough for me

Closer to beach and short walk to restaurant and entertainment..every day construction starting at 8 am..cleaning lady just gives u towel..and makes the bed..no cleaning..room was okay..not very dark..hard to sleep..air co ditioner was okay ..front desk very helpful

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, allerdings war das Zimmer sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommen, vorallem das Bad. Die Zimmertür wirkt nicht vertrauenswürdig, leider ist auch kein Safe vorhanden. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Die angeblich kostenfreien Fahrräder haben uns etwas gekostet! Der Service war auch schlecht, wir haben erst nur 2 Handtücher für 3 Personen bekommen, dann gar keine mehr und wir mussten nachfragen. Die Reinigung des Zimmers jeden Tag war auch fraglich, da das Zimmer danach nicht wirklich sauberer war. Das einzig positive war die Lage und das schnelle Wifi.
