Hotel and staff were amazing. Great experience overall. The events at night were good but started a bit too late. The swimming pools are cleaned only at the surface, they should clean it at the bottom too. Food was good, great variety. I would easily go back.

This was our second time at RIU Tequila. The resort has fun evening events that is family friendly and a disco for adults only. The food is great, staff is friendly and the resort grounds are well kept.

It was good stay. If you don’t have to compare, you should like it. But if comparing to other Riu or other all inclusive hotels it is not the best. I like some shows, main bar is good, Victor, Felix, Cruz and David worked really hard and professional! Super fast and friendly! Cocktails are very tasty! Room cleaning was great also!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was always very clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The shows were amazing and definitely one of the best parts of our stay! We really enjoyed the hotel and had a great experience overall. The only thing that could be improved is the food variety. It would be nice to have more options, but everything else was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms are cleaned and maintained daily, food is great and available every day from 7AM-10AM, 12-3PM, 6PM-10PM. Alcohol is available 24Hrs, Parties and clubs available every night. Pools and beaches available everyday during the day. Absolutely the perfect vacation if you drink alcohol and enjoy swimming/tanning. Plently more is available but those 2 things this place does the best.

We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again. The beach and amenities access at the other Riu properties was awesome. The food in all of the restaurants and buffets was great. This was my first stay at an all inclusive resort and the convenience is well worth the money!

Resort was OK. At least one of the restaurants was closed every night while being fully occupied which we thought was cheap. The beach was full of seaweed and the nightly entertainment was average at best but if you’re looking for a mid-level old-school Holiday Inn this is the type stay, this is for you. The local resort staff was incredible more than accommodating and would totally go out of their way to help you which was great.

My family all loved our stay! She’s from 14-19 there were activities for everyone and the staff were so helpful and nice. Some of the building were older but very well maintained. We loved the pools and the foam party but being able to use the beach club and enjoy the pools at the other resort and enjoy the beach!

Second time staying here! This time we went with our two kids age 12 and 10. We had so much fun! We like how we can also utilize Riu Yucatan and Playacar which are right across the street! Entertainment and food was great at all three properties.
