We had a wonderful family vacation at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Excellent food (especially Cocina de Autor, Frida, and Piaf) and beautiful property. We highly recommend spending time at the Zen pool - a really magical, relaxing spot. The staff were all really wonderful, friendly, and helpful. All 3 of our kids - ranging from age 4 to age 14 - had a great time. We would certainly come back again!!

The property is spectacular; the pools are clean, the gardens are beautiful, and the rooms exceed your expectations. The beach had a lot of seaweed, but they made an effort to keep it clean and enjoyable.

I went to this resort for my sonā€™s first birthday and it was exceptional. I chose the hotel because it was rated highly for its service geared towards babies and they exceeded my expectations.
