I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now. I can tell they property is kept pretty well compared to a lot of resorts I’ve visited in the past. Recommend for sure. Rooms were clean, food is ok. Not necessarily authentic Mexican food, but still decent.

Overall we had a great experience here. The staff was kind and helpful, soooo many pools, rooms are nicely designed and clean. The adults only and family resort have shared spaces and activities for both age groups. Loved to see the animals roaming around as well. If it wasn’t for the sargassum and rainy season i’m sure the beach would’ve been a lot more beautiful! Food wise it was great, hopefully in the future they can incorporate halal or kosher options!

Beautiful property. Renovated rooms. Buildings themselves seem to be falling apart. Food was good everywhere except the steak house. Don’t waste your time with the steak house

This resort was great! Food was great, wish I could have visited all the restaurants. Would suggest they install fans to keep the outdoor areas cooler and in the lobby area especially

All in all we had a great time. The resort is very big so you will get your steps in. There is a shuttle to take you around as well. The main bar and pool bar were quite busy at times so you did have to wait for drinks at certain times of the day. The shows were great at night as well and the restaurants were delicious. The rooms were nice and very clean. The resort was kid friendly and had a little water park for them to play.

Very nice property. We enjoyed a week here. The staff was excellent apart from the bell boys. The resort is recently updated and well maintained. The beach access is mediocre but we were able to go to Cozumel and Cancun for a couple days. The buffets were okay but not the greatest. The other restaurants were much better and easy to get a reservation with the online scheduling. For the price I think this place is a great value and I would recommend them to others.

The hotel was excellent. Not used to taking a cart to go across the resort but that’s how large the property was. There restaurants were good and the reservation process was easy and straight forward. I would definitely visit again or visit their sister properties.
