This was my second time staying here and I love it every time. Iv done both stays during the week and weekend. We upgraded our room this time and it as great but if you're not using the swim up pool, no need for the upgrade. Fast food could be a little better but the buffet food is pretty good, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurants are all pretty good. No complaints there. Be careful, the tequila sneaks up on you!

The experience was a fantastic one. The resort and rooms were very clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. It's a definite recommendation. I would definitely return there. Celsa, in the 5th Ave Bar, on site, was wonderful. She made me the best drink I've tasted. A creation of her own based on the alcohol I like. Thank you to everyone, and a special "muchos muchos gracias" to Celsa.

Beautiful layout very well maintained common areas very well designed and the rooms were very clean and neat and water only downside of course which is not in your control was the one week of seaweed which indicated our full pleasure for the trip the staff as well we're overall excellent with one or two exceptions. I believe the shows could be improved upon as they were all in a similar theme

Overall, the best one out of three 5-star resorts I have visited in the recent years in Mexico. The others also had rich cnoice in the buffet, but the difference here was that everything I tried was delicious, fresh and good quality - from the seafood to the ripe sweet fruits. The pool water was crystal clear everywhere. The minibar was replenished daily with no exception. The room and everything else was clean. The staff was very attentive. Plenty of a la carte reataurants for every taste. As a summary: Pros - everything except as below Cons - not enough shade around the pools; no mini-golf course.
