The Grand Riviera Princess resort was beautiful and huge lol. The people, the staff, were very friendly, very helpful. The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious, even the other restaurants the food was delicious, especially La hacienda restaurant. We enjoyed seeing wildlife as we walking through the path like deers, Coati, and even moneys. So many pools to choose from and never overly crowded, the swim up bars was fabulous. I would definitely come back again.

Food was great, limited amenities I think after 3 days the resort feels a little boring. The food was great and the resort and room was clean. My only complaint is that they only have a 2 golf carts driving everyone around the ginormous resort and they drop you off in the lobby that isn’t even open yet. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Rooms were fantastic! The staff were all very attentive and kind. Pools are warm and spacious but the spa was a bit pricey considering US prices are lower in local areas. However, most of the food is very bland bordering nasty and all drinks are very watered down, 4/10 from me kind of disappointing given all of the food and bar options. Over all the resort is beautiful nice architecture, clean and has a good balance of nature embedded in the atmosphere. Absolutely love all of the native animals around (family of monkeys were adorable), definitely more than any other resort property I’ve ever experienced.

Clean resort, food was decent. Great access to everything within the resort. Only downfall was there wasn’t an elevator near our room and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs so anyone that has a problem doing so should make sure to ask for a room near an elevator.
