Our experience with Generations was the most amazing one I could've ever dreamed of. My kids and I enjoyed mostly the pool, the swim out setting. The food was outstanding, the service so friendly and really impeccable. I was able to practice my Spanish with everybody. We were pampered like we were celebrities! Everything will be in our dear memories forever. A big highlight was also Lomas transportation and their service. Thank you for giving me and my kids a dreamy experience! I highly recommend Generations Riviera Maya to any family! Hasta la próxima, amigos!

Communication was not good, we did not know how to access the water park and when we tried to access it we learned it had to be booked the day before. We were not able to use the water park due to that. We struggled with the restaurant options, not enough kid options. Jade restaurant was the best of our experience. They went out of their way to give good service and was very accommodating. Overall, the place was beautiful and clean.

We traveled with our 2 and 4 year old and worrying they might be a little too young for travel. 3 months later and the kids still talk about how they want to go back and we continue to tell others how great they were with the kids. The property was very well maintained, the food was great, rooms were fantastic, and the staff... Darn were the staff ever incredible! We'll certainly be back. We're becoming big fans of Lomas properties

The staff could not be nicer or more willing to help. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The restaurants are incredible for an all inclusive. The drinks are delicious. We brought our baby and they had everything we needed at the resort - a crib/monitor/etc. It’s not a big resort, but if you are looking for a short relaxing vacation, this is great!
