The good: It was the third time here. Location is the best, good price for what you get. Apartment Condition depends of how lucky are you. I think units belong to different owners if you are lucky you get and amazing one, not all units are in the same conditions. We had to ask to move to another apartment, the good thing , they did fast and kindly. Good administration and very nice girl in the front door checking people for clean hands and shoes. The bad thing: 3 times had reviewed the same thing INTERNET IS VERY BAD and continues awful after 3 years. For people like me , internet is very important. I need to check my business regularly. Sadly today bad connection is a factor to not select a property to stay.

We were disappointed with our stay this time. We stayed here many times before and we always felt like we were home. This time was not a good stay. The room was in poor condition and needs to be updated. We are not sure if we will stay here again. The one thing we do like is the hotel is quiet and no one bothers you. The location is great. We like the secure at the hotel. Just update the rooms and the hotel is perfect.

I stayed here over 30-40 times before and in the past i was always very satisfied with my stay. I always felt like i was home. The previous staff was exceptional. This time there were issues. Upon our arrival, the room was not ready. The bed was not finished. There were no towels I the bathroom. No toilet paper for the bathroom. I had to ask many times and i still never received everything. Finally after i complaint then i finally for the simple things i needed for my stay in the room. One thing that i have told the staff since i have been coming to the Encanto for so many years, there needs too have a TV in the bedroom too. I do love the location of the Encanto. It is relaxing and quiet.

This place should get 5 stars. Very well located, close to big supermarkets, restaurants and close to the 5th street. Stylish apartment , really big and confortable. Some Issues with AC, toilettes but the staff personnel always were ready to help. In my case the main concern (Because of my job), was almost no internet in the room. People like me need to be connected and the connection never worked, sad. So if it is fixed I thing is a 5 stars place.

massive apartment

The property is part rental and part privately owned apartments. There is a 24 hour security guard at the front door, and the front desk is manned most of the day. Our apartment was a huge 2 bed on 3rd floor, with private access up to the roof, where there is a bar-be-que section and the pool. The pool is quite small and the sun loungers are quite brittle but more than adequate. The apartment itself had 2 bedrooms, a super king and twin queen beds, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge / diner / kitchenette area with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, blender, toaster and coffee maker Beds were comfortable, AC in both beds and lounge, 2 balconies one overlooking the bus station, the other the internal garden area. Overall a very pleasant base close to the main tourist area, and well worth the stay
