The staff really make this place. Overall the stay was great. The only things I'd say were annoying was the AC and the in room laundry were extremely loud. Also the connected restaurant downstair will gouge you terribly and the food is not great.

The location, cleanliness and customer service was excellent. There is an Oceanside and a beachside to the resort. If you book beachside, there isn’t an elevator. Just so people are aware if they have mobility issues. Rooms are generous in size. The beach is a fishing dock, so they have a shuttle to another beach. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed that the jets of our private hot tub didn't work considering this was a major factor of us booking at this resort. Room 337. this was the most accomadating stay ever. the people are amazing. the room was gorgeous and the staff right on point. i cannot say enough. unfortunately my husband had a stroke while we were there. but the staff got an ambulance, got me to the hospital dailey and really helped through a trying time. i am so gratful to them. will always stay here when i am in playa del carmen
