Our room was surprisingly cleaned. It was cleaned every day and I believe it was twice a day. The staff there were delightful everyone was happy, they evenremembered our names. We felt very good being there The hot tub water was very hot just like it should be they are bars everywhere I mean the staff at the bars also as well were very attentive and very much looking forward to pleasing all the guests.

Our casita was large and spacious.bed was very comfortable but some furniture needed to be replaced. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Food was very good only complaint food was not serve hot. Many times it was warm.

Resort is amazing, food is excellent! Our only issue is that each time we've stayed here we book a beach front casita and each time upon arrival we're told they don't have one, usually due to some complication. They try to put us in a lesser quality casita and we have to jump through hoops to get what we want, which still wasn't a beach front casita. If you want a beach that you can get in the water and swim, this is not your resort!

Staff very helpful and kind! The resort is very dated! Hot tub in our casita suite did not work, and no discount was offered when we reported it! Our private pool was slimy, dirty, and was NEVER cleaned our entire stay (7 nights)! Would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone! It was a very disappointing stay and Expedia should know that this resort only wants to sell memberships, at our check in, thru out our stay, and even the day we left waiting for our transportation to return to Cancun airport!! Food was poor, and they did not allow us the $120 resort credit to be used towards anything! After paying $5,000 for a seven night stay; we definitely thought it was not worth it at all!!

We do think there could be more signage for directions because the first day was kinda confusing on figuring out where everything was but once we did it was a breeze and the app was helpful.

Several issues. Unable to make reservations for dinner for all nights upon arrival.. When trying to make the reservation on the day of, the restaurants were all full until 9PM. But we just walked up to the restaurant we wanted and were taken right in. Safe in room was not functioning and was never replaced. TV in room did not work and was never fixed or replaced. Quality of food at Pecos Grill steak house was not good.. on all courses. We have stayed here many times over the past 25 years but this will likely be our last. Otherwise, love the location and the casitas.. This was more of a management failure.

Great if you just want to stay on property, eat, drink, and stay by the pool. Not great for beach time or adventure. Beaches have big ugly concrete blocks not far out in the water. Beaches often are rock or have a big drop before sand.
