The staff at El Dorado is amazing, everyone is friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the 3 pools, main one at El Dorado was lively, lots of activities. 2nd was at the casitas was relaxing, more quiet without the loudness & the one at generations was beautiful & huge. More like a Vegas resort. Would definitely go back to this resort.

Overall we had a great stay. There were a few things that could be improved. Our room was not cleaned daily and on our first day the toilet was clogged which took 3hrs for resolution. The staff is incredible and our casita bartender, Benjamin, was great. The food was great with the exception of D’italia Villas. We had a nice stay with great weather.

There were some technical glitches with the app to order breakfast as well as the roomservice menue channel having to be reprogramed for pur room. The concierge forgot to get out luggage to the front after checkout. I was glad i checked so that someone could get them before our departure ride left.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time. It was everything we hoped it would be. This was the first time in a long time we weren't ready to go home by the end of our stay. The staff was amazing. Especially our beach butler, Alberto. We are already planning our return next year!
