The hotel was centrally located it had a spa , cafe , restaurants all around. Across the street was a shopping mall, at night the area was filled with people having dinner at restaurants and bars with live music. The best part was the friendly staff, Sofia and Alan were absolutely amazing !! Sofia and Alan warmed our hearts and made our stay at the hotel very memorable!!!

what i thought was very unique about this property was they had various teas downstairs that were very good then when they would bring new towels they would be animals ! i also thought it was so cool that they had hammocks and chair swings part of some rooms. what i didnt enjoy very much was the bathrooms were not as clean as i wouldve felt comfortable in and sometimes i would find a few bugs but it is mexico. Definitely worth it for your money! i would not suggest a room by the pool because it is open to all the hotel so you may wake up with people swimming outside your window!!

Hotel in central location but hotel staff rude the hotel pool is dirty they dont clean it. Hotel in bad shape not good maintenance. When you check out they go check the room to make sure you didnt take anything. If your american the parking price is diffrent than being mexican. they charge you more overall i wont stay here again

This property has a wonderful location, right on the corner of 5th Avenue and walkable to the beach and a variety of restaurants. In turn, it can be a little noisy at the night but it didnā€™t really bother us. The hotel is kept very clean and the decor is charming. We had a wonderful massage at the Spa. Karen at the front desk was very nice, she helped us book our massage and taxis, she gave us information and offered us discounted buffet and beach club. We did try the buffet and it was pretty good. Overall, I would return to this location.

Without an elevator the stairwell is challenging because there is no handrail and quite dark . Other than that I would stay there again as the location is great for getting around town .

The pool and pool area was really gross. I didnā€™t see anyone clean it once. There is no bar in the pool area either. The room was nice and the property is clean, but the pool area was terrible. We ended up getting day passes at other hotels. Itā€™s also diagonal from a second floor open air club so itā€™s pounding music so loud it felt like it was right outside our door. Itā€™s open every night until 3. We actually ended up just staying at another hotel we got a day pass at the last night because we needed a better sleep.

The night club downstairs was blasting music till 3am. It was so loud, it seemed like the speakers were IN the room. My wife woke up freezing because the bed had no blankets. Only a single sheet. She had to wrap herself in sweaters.

The hotel has stopped using elevator and guests need to climb up to the rooms. Loud due to adjacent bar until 3 AM Stairs have no hand rails for safety. Parking garage is extremely small. If you use it ask for help. Location is excellent. Quality of food below average is the fife different restaurants we went. Playa Del Mar is nice but prices are way too higher than California

We were there for 2 nights and we are very thankful with the staff that helped us change rooms on our second night. On our first night they gave us room 101 and it was just terrible, this room is not fit to be rented and should just be torn down, we could hear hard sounds of water coming down the pipes all night and it was impossible to sleep, this combined with all the noise and music coming in from the outside it was just awful, we did not sleep the first night, it was just impossible. Thank God that on our second night we were given different rooms and they were better and we are very thankful with the staff for this assistance.
