It shiuld have more options for food than Lebanese food, not all of us like that food. The breakfast should have more variety, as same as the music, Latin music should be included

The place is fun and for people who want to have fun and dance and listen to music or just chill and listen to music and eat and drink right outside your room sitting at the tables or at the bar or in the pool, connected to the casino. Only problem is none of the taxi guys know about this place and even giving them the address they seem ti get confused. It’s better to say the casino if you want to get dropped off at the right place Staff was great. It does get a little loud late night but that was my type of party and I also sleep well through most things so was not a bother to me or my wife.

Amazing location, great vibe, and fantastic staff! We loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be better—just a minute’s walk to 5th Avenue. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for relaxing, and the included breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. There was something fun happening every night—DJs, salsa lessons, movie nights, a live jazz band—great for staying in or kicking off the evening before heading out. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even recommending a local beach to avoid the seaweed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely be back!

I stayed at Hotel Cache for my 34th birthday. I love the breakfast selection every morning hot made to order.The customer service was top tier at hotel cache. The local vendors sell unique gifts and food at nights just steps outside the hotel; Cache is walkable to 5th Avenue do shopping. I got to take a collectivo to Xcaret for my bday 10/10 experience. Every three days my room was cleaned 10/10 I had no issues.

La musique en continu dans le bar, et très forte tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h mais les bruits de la clientèle duraient bien après...2 discothèques pas loin, musique à fond jusqu' 4h du matin. Aucun repos possible... Pas de bouteilles d'eau potable à disposition dans chambre comme dans autres hôtels...Personnel réclamait un pourboire sans arrêt. Petit déjeuner: une tasse de boisson chaude mais pas de chocolat et une assiette avec une petite omelette ou 2 blinis avec légumes ou fruits, très léger... Ne plus le proposer serait une sage décision... Dommage , les chambres étaient pas mal, mais beaucoup d'humidité, les fenêtres ne peuvent s'ouvrir...
