Resort is beautiful with several pools and accessible bars by the pool side. Rooms are clean, the washroom just needs some updates and a bit more cleaning. The buffets are amazing but the an la cart menus at the restaurants need a bit of work. Staff very friendly.

A lot of complaints from other guests about building 6 7 and 8 about mould and mildew in their rooms. When they asked to be switched to different rooms they were charged between $700 to $900. The food at the buffets were subpar, Beach was terrible, booze seemed watered down. I would not recommend staying here. Had much better experiences in Cuba of all places. This resort is rated as a 5 star. 2 star is what I would give. The only positive mention for this resort is the amazing staff!

Super underrated, we booked this trip before looking at the reviews...so we didn't really have an option but just to thug it out and see how it goes. Bam, best trip ever. The room was covered in mold, on the mattress, painting, light shades, curtains, and walls. We complained, and they openly said that all the rooms are like that. I’ve been to several humid all inclusive spots, none of which had mold. The waits for drinks were insane, over 20 minutes at some times. Even with reservations, we still had to wait 20+ minutes to get into our restaurant. The pool was fantastic, very clean. And the activities were well put together, but that was the only good part.

The staff was very hospitable. The public facilities were neglected as well as the rooms. The restrooms near the pool weren't working. The sliding glass door from the balcony was missing a handle to come in. The handle for the shower faucet fell off. They came and fixed it quickly. We had to ask for hand towels a few times because they didn't leave us any after they cleaned the room. They brought them quickly.
