We have stayed at a few higher end adults all inclusive resorts at this point and this one is at the top of the list for us. If youā€™re looking for somewhere to relax, unwind, forget about daily life for a few days, this is your spot. Drinks were strong with quality liquor. The food was good, not just for an all inclusive, but had good seasoning and quality ingredients. The property is beautiful and constantly being up kept. And the most important part was the staff. They are amazing from beginning to end. Ivonne was one of the best pool side waitresses we have ever had.

Took a long weekend getaway to shake off the winter blues and this resort delivered and then some. ALL of the dining was terrific and tasty, the spa services were top notch, the wait staff went above and beyond and were extremely personable, and the group of Concierge's took care of our every need and question. The resort itself was quiet, peaceful and laid back.....exactly what we needed. Pristine views and accomodations. We will definitely be returning!

First time staying at this resort and my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised. The staff was attentive, the amenities were endless, and the views were spectacular. The location was perfect, walking distance to thrilling activities like jet skis (which we did and had a blast) as well as options for a relaxing massage. The service was impeccable with phenomenal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would 10/10 recommend and would love to come back!

It was perfection. With its sister resort next door which is bigger with a ton of options and amenities, we truly had the best of both worlds. A boutique hotel with quiet vibes when we wanted and more lively options if we felt inclined. The service was so good. The concierge style what's app was just the cherry on the top. What a great find can not fault it staff & service is excellent, location great, facilities perfect, rooms clean and comfy. And the main reason we selected the hotel was the a la carte and cocktails and they did not disappoint the food (especially the lunches) were superb as youā€™ll see from most of my photos. I even had time to relax and do a little sketch of the pool. Itā€™s a little hotel which we wanted as not a big hotel person but if you want the sister hotel is a 5 minute walk along the beach or a shuttle service can be used. We went over to the sister hotel but itā€™s just the same old large hotel with usual foods on offer that donā€™t come close to the food at the beachfront. All the staff were fantastic but a special mention to Yvonne who kept us hydrated on the beach with water in the mornings and the mezcalitas in the afternoon. All the staff were great and I know Iā€™ll miss some names but also thanks to Alex, Kevin, Gustavo, Saul, Eduardo, Omar, Jorge and many moreā€¦. Will defo recommend and we hope to be back next time we are in Mexico

This place was so great for a quiet getaway. The Ambassadors made it so easy. We enjoyed most of the food a lot, but did not prefer the dinner menu at the in-house restaurant and had a bad experience with the Sushi restaurant next door. Everything else was wonderful.

Amazing hotel! Itā€™s the sister hotel to the Fives beachfront hotel, and was bought recently. I think itā€™s a great place to go if you want an all inclusive but calmer vibe, we visited the sister hotel a few times for meals but much preferred our hotel! The food was excellent, the lunch menu was my favourite and the tasting menus are really good quality. 10/10 recommend!
