This is an excellent hotel. It is quite new with spacious rooms and good amenities. It is in a quiet area but close to 5th Avenue, the beach and many restaurants. The staff are exceptional. I will certainly stay again when in Playa.

Clean room, friendly staff and fantastic rooftop pool. The location was great, just a minute away from 5th avenue and about 10 min walk to Mamita's beach. It was extremely convenient having a super market below the hotel as well. However, on some nights I believe the rooftop would play music quite loudly until midnight. It wasn't a huge issue for my family but just something to keep in mind.

Great location. With a supermarket, a coffee shop and a taqueria downstairs, close to everything. Looks to be very new building and super clean. The room was big, I wish there was a microwave. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great pool area, big rooms, and comfortable beds. The only downside was the bathroom layout with sliding and glass doors opening to the hallway/room, which is not very practical when travelling with friends. Excellent location right by 5th Avenue, close to restaurants and shops, plus a good gym and outdoor training options across the street.

We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The location is excellent - close to beaches, a variety of restaurants, and it was helpful to have a grocery store right underneath. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the fruit and made to order eggs. While there were a couple of minor issues (safe and fridge not working), the staff addressed them in a timely manner. We found the front staff and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly.
